Wiggins, Thompson and Curry gave the victory to the Warriors – NBA

The Warriors passed a difficult test against the Nets with a great performance from the new All-Star, Andrew Wiggins, who had 24 points and 8 key rebounds to get the victory.

Golden State Warriors beat Brooklyn 110-106 thanks to a great dominance at the beginning of the game, although the appearance of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson was essential in the third and last quarter.

Curry recorded 19 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists, something minimal for the size of his figure, while Thompson came in well off the bench -with 16 points and 6 rebounds- and a fundamental triple with 12 seconds left that served to reach a difference of 4 points on the scoreboard.

GSW began the first quarter plugged in and with the energy of Wiggins and Jordan Poole -17 points- to finish with a 31-20 run.

That difference was worth a lot: without James Harden or Kevin Durant, Brooklyn Nets needed the experience of Kyrie Irving, who brought out his magic with 32 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists, the best record of the game, for his team to close two partials in favor of 27-23 and 29-24.

The scoreboard was on fire for the fourth quarter of the night and Golden State Warriors went from utter dominance to chopping nails with their teeth.

Towards the end, the quality of the Splash Brothers and their favorite plays to score triples became strong on the court.

Golden State Warriors stayed with the victory and stretched their good streak to five in a row in a calendar that did not seem favorable with Utah Jazz, Dallas Mavericks, Minnesota Timberwolves and the same Nets ahead.

Brooklyn Nets are not going through a good time, they are still involved in the speculation of a possible departure of Harden and suffered four losses in a row that left him on the brink of the abyss in sixth position in the Eastern Conference.

The Nets have the Charlotte Hornets blowing on the back of their necks and the dependency on Kevin Durant is becoming more exposed.
