T20 World Cup 2022: Full summary of Coaches & support staff for all teams in the T20 World cup.

The much-awaited T20 World cup is on in Australia. There is a total of 16 teams participating in this T20 World cup in 2022.

Let us view the total list of team coaches for all these teams along with their support staff. Every team has finalized their coaches and final teammates for this event. There are many old legendary cricketers and experienced coaches for the T20 World cup for teams.

Australia

Head coach: Andrew McDonald

Andrew McDonald, who was appointed earlier this year, has a major challenge ahead of his first global tournament at the helm, as his team enters the tournament at home as defending champions. He brought New Zealand legend Daniel Vettori into the tournament alongside Michael Di Venuto.

Afghanistan

Head Coach: Jonathan Trott

Former England top batsman Jonathan Trott will lead the game against Afghanistan. He was appointed interim head coach of the team after Graham Thorpe, was unable to take on the role due to illness. of Reyes Ahmadzai to the coaching staff.

Bangladesh

Head Coach: Matthew Mott

New Zealand

Head coach: Gary stead

Gary Stead has put together a coaching team with the extensive limited-overs experience to help New Zealand go one step better from their runners-up medal last time out. Luke Wright and Luke Ronchi serve as assistant coaches and hitting coaches, respectively.

Pakistan

Head coach: Saqlain Mushtaq

Matthew Hayden will coach Pakistan throughout the T20 World cup tournament. The attacking Australian hitter joins his compatriot Shaun Tait under the guidance of Saqlain Mushtaq. Former Pakistani captain Mohammad Yousuf will also serve as batting coach.

South Africa

Ireland

Head Coach: Heinrich Malan

Ireland’s journey to reach the Super 12 stage of the tournament will be guided by Heinrich Malan. He has brought in two former Ireland internationals as batting and pace bowling coaches. Ex-Australian spinner Nathan Hauritz is sharing his expertise with the Ireland spin bowlers.

Namibia

After their unexpected win over Sri Lanka in the opening match of the group stage round, the Namibia team may be the sudden entry into the Super 12 stage.

Netherlands

Former Australian all-rounder Dan Christian will join the Dutch team as an advisor, while Ryan Cook will serve as head coach. Gary Kirsten of South Africa will serve as the team’s hitting coach.

Sri Lanka

Head Coach: Chris Silverwood

After a disastrous stint as England’s test coach, Chris Silverwood has taken over for Sri Lanka. He has a great pedigree on his staff with both Mahela Jayawardene and Lasith Malinga holding positions as coaches.

United Arab Emirates

Head coach: Robin Sing

The UAE has a tough challenge ahead of them to get out of the group stage of the tournament. Their head coach, Robin Shinn, hopes the team can qualify for the Super 12 for the first time.

West indies

Head coach: Phil Simmons

The West Indies need to qualify for this tournament in this first round despite being the only team to lift the trophy twice. Phil Simmons hopes his team will repeat his 2012 and his 2016 successes and deliver great results.

Zimbabwe

Head coach: David Horton

Zimbabwe is off to a good start to the tournament after making it through qualifying. They had a back-to-back win against Bangladesh earlier this year, and head coach David Horton hopes his side can make it through the group stage.

Field coach: Shepard McNula

The Super 12 stage will start on October 22.
