Serie A – News, Line-Ups and Predictions

Follow matchday 19 of Serie A this Wednesday with exciting matches and special duels. Learn all about each team and find the predictions on PlayOn99 News.

Sassuolo – Bologna (9 PM)

Sassuolo is the most regular team in this Serie A and will host a Bologna in decline. The locals have 6 games without defeats -although 4 are draws- and they are one of the teams that deserves to be higher in the table. Filip Duricic, Matheus Enrique and Pedro Obiang will not be able to join the team due to injury.

The visit has 3 consecutive defeats and will have casualties: Jerdy Schouten and Kingsley Michael due to injury did not even enter the list, while Lorenzo De Silvestri will be between cotton wool. Sinisa Mihajlovic will be able to count on Nicolás Domínguez who returns after suspension.

Sassuolo: Consigli; Toljan, Chiriches, Ferrari, Rogério; Fratessi, López; Berardi, Raspadori, Traoré; Scamacca.

Bologna: Skorupski; Soumaoro, Medel, Theate; Orsolini, Svanberg, Domínguez, Hickey; Soriano, Barrow; Arnautovic.

Sassuolo is 50% effective in this type of match where he has a 2.1 quota and Bologna does not pass 15% in chances. Keep in mind that Sassuolo is very unstable and, although it generates many possibilities, it also gives them away.

Venezia – Lazio (9 PM)

Lazio will visit the city of canals to face Venezia and enter the European cup zone. The visit has a very unstable present, but it comes after winning against the weak Genoa. Maurizio Sarri will not be able to count on Ciro Immobile due to Coronavirus.

Venezia surprised at the start of Serie A, but has dropped its level and has gone 5 games without victories. He won’t be able to count on Ridgeciano Haps, David Okereke and Marco Modolo.

Venezia: Rosemary; Mazzocchi, Caldara, Ceccaroni, Ebuehi; Crnigoj, Ampadu, Busio; Aramu, Henry, Johnsen.

Lazio: Strakosha; Hysaj, Luiz Felipe, Acerbi, Marusic; Milinkovic-Savic, Cataldi, Luis Alberto; Pedro, Anderson, Zaccagni.

Lazio has a high chance of winning this match, but Venezia’s 4.0 odds are attractive. Both scores would not be bad: the visit is the third team with the most goals and the locals are among the most thrashed.

Hellas Verona – Fiorentina (11 PM)

There will be a scorers’ duel! Giovanni Simeone and Dusan Vlahovic will be the center of attention to see who will score for their team.

Hellas Verona – the ‘Cholito’ team – needs to go through the hard time of the last 2 defeats to fight again with the European zone. Although they will not be able to count on Giangiacomo Magnani due to suspension and Nikola Kalinic – due to injury – while they will wait until the last minute for Antonín Barák and Koray Gunter.

Fiorentina is confident of continuing the good run – 4 games without losses – to catch up with Juventus in Europa League spots. The only player who will not be able to use Vicenzo Italiano is captain Cristiano Biraghi due to suspension.

Hellas Verona: Montipó; Sutalo, Cetin, Casale; Faraoni, Ilic, Tameze, Lazovic; Bessa, Caprari; Simeone.

Fiorentina: Terracciano; Odriozola, Milenkovic, Martínez Quarta, Terzic; Bonaventura, Torreira, Duncan; González, Vlahovic, Saponara.

With Simeone and Vlahovic on the court there will be guaranteed goals and it would be a shame not to bet because one of them will score. Fiorentina has more chances to win -2.25- although Hellas Verona has already surprised this Serie A and has a very attractive 3.10 odds.

Internazionale – Torino (11 PM)

The Serie A leader will host one of the tournament’s most annoying teams at Giuseppe Meazza. Inter accumulates 6 consecutive victories that allowed him to be the only leader of the championship. Joaquín Correa is the only player who will not be able to be in the team.

Torino beat Hellas Verona on the last date and arrives excited, but will not be able to count on his best player, Andra Belotti. Dennis Praet and Simone Verdi are also unavailable.

Internazionale: Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Bastoni; Dumfries, Gagliardini, Brozovic, Calhanoglu, Perisic; Dzeko, Martinez.

Torino: Milinkovic-Savic; Singo, Djidji, Bremer, Buongiorno, Vojvoda; Lukic, Pobega; Brekalo, Pjaca; Sanabria.

Inter has everything to win with an odd of 1.30 and in the last 5 games they have not conceded any goals.

Rome – Sampdoria (11 PM)

José Mourinho’s team will have the obligation to win to once again surpass Juventus in the table. Roma has two consecutive victories, but have a very irregular season.

Sampdoria has no problem putting together the team. They tied with Venezia in the last match and beat Genoa in the previous one.

Rome: Rui Patricio; Mancini, Smalling, Ibañez; Karsdrop, Veretout, Cristante, Mkhitaryan, Viña; Zaniolo, Abraham.

Sampdoria: Falcone; Bereszynski, Yoshida, Colley, Augello; Candreva, Silva, Ekdal, Thorsby; Gabbiadini, Caputo.

You should not get carried away by the last games of Sampdoria because they were weak rivals. Roma have more than 75% chances of winning this match. There is an interesting freepick: Sampdoria +1. He would lose if he loses by 2 or more goals.

Empoli – Milan (1:15 AM)

The Cinderella of this Serie A will receive the mighty Milan in search of continuing to fight well at the top. Empoli has gone 5 games without losing defeat – with a victory against Napoli – and his only casualty is Nicolas Hass.

Milan entered a relapse where they won only 2 of the last 8 meetings and have just lost to Napoli. Injuries threaten the coach: Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Davide Calabria, Simon Kjaer, Rafa Leao, Ante Rebic, Pietro Pellegri and Alessandro Plizzari.

Empoli: Vicar; Stojanovic, Tonelli, Luperto, Parisi; Bandinelli, Ricci, Henderson; Bajrami; Pinamonti, Cutrone.

Milan: Maignan; Florenzi, Tomori, Romagnoli, Hernández; Tonali, Kessié; Messias, Díaz, Saelemaekers; Giroud.

Empoli has already caused sighs and surprises. Why waste your 4.0 on the scoreboard?

Napoli – Spezia (1:15 AM)

Napoli beat Milan on the last date and recovered from a bad streak that took him away from being the leader of Serie A. He will not be able to count on Fabián Ruiz, Victor Osimhen and Kalidou Koulibaly, while Lorenzo Insigne tested positive for Coronavirus.

Spezzia will visit the Diego Armando Maradona stadium with the aim of scoring three points that take him away from the relegation zone. Daniele Verde, Eddie Salcedo, Jacopo Sala and Léo Sena are injured.

Napoli: Ospina; Di Lorenzo, Rrahmani, Jesús, Rui; Anguissa, Lobotka; Lozano, Zielinski, Elmas; Mertens.

Spezia: Provedel; Gyasi, Amian, Erlic, Nikolau, Reca; Kiwior; Maggiore, Kovalenko; Manaj, Colley.

Napoli has more than 80% chances of winning this match.
