Rishabh Pant and Pravin Amrewill now be punished after an argument during the match between Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Capitals on Friday. It has been reported that all the information, explanations, and punishments given to the players are acceptable.

The match between Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals (DC vs RR) on Friday night was full of controversies. In this match, Delhi captain Rishabh Pant and some players created controversy for not giving no-balll to a ball. After which Pant and Shardul Thakur were fined for match fees. Apart from this, a Delhi coach has also got a big punishment.

Where Rishabh Pant and Shardul Thakur have been fined match fees after the ruckus in the match. But assistant coach PravinAmre has been banned for one match. Apart from this, he has also been fined 100% of the match fee. Let us tell you that PravinAmre had gone to talk to the on-field umpire about the no-ball dispute in the middle of the match for which he will now have to bear the consequences.

The controversy erupted during Rajasthan’s 15-run win over Delhi on Friday when Rovman Powell hit a six off the third ball of Obed McCoy in the final over. It was a full toss ball which the Delhi team was demanding to give a no-ball. Kuldeep Yadav, standing at the non-striker’s end, pointed to the umpire and asked to see the replay of the last ball as it could have been no-ball if it was above the waist. Powell also started talking to the umpires but the on-field umpires said the ball was legal.

Pant then asked Powell and Kuldeep to return. Meanwhile, Delhi’s assistant coach Pravin Amre went on the field. Pant has pleaded guilty to a Level 2 offense under Article 2.7 of the IPL Code of Conduct and is admissible to the fine.

Thakur also accepted the offense and fine of Level 2 of Article 2.8 of the IPL Code of Conduct. Amre was banned for one match. He also accepted a level two offense and was fined under Article 2.2 of the IPL Code of Conduct.

IPL is popular for the matches, the thrill, the enthusiasm, and the controversies too. It has become the most memorable controversy in IPL 2022. The players have to bear the consequences now and the BCCI has to be more clear a transparent for decision making in terms of the umpire’s job.
