Milwaukee Bucks overcame Chicago Bulls with a superb performance. Where they did not even leave a partial in the hands of the rival. DeRozan finished the game worried about the performance in a game where Giannis and Holiday played their part.

Alarm in Chicago: The Bulls suffered their fourth loss in the last five games after losing to Milwaukee Bucks in a resounding 126-98 defeat.

Out of 12 games, Chicago Bulls have only managed to win 3 in a bad time to make your legs tremble with the playoffs just around the corner. And the Play-In looming: they are fifth with only two wins ahead of the seventh-place Toronto Raptors.

DeMar DeRozan, who had a sensational moment at the start of 2022 and was setting the Chicago Bulls on track to be a tough NBA Playoff contender, was very self-critical of the team at a press conference:

“At some point, we’re going to have to get tired of getting our asses kicked like this and flip the ‘enough is enough’ switch”

DeRozan signed 21 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists, equal to Zach LaVine’s 21 goals, 3 rebounds and 7 assists and somewhat behind Nikola Vucevic’s 22 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists.

Chicago Bulls had a lot of offensive power, but it came to nothing against the 61% shooting from the field of Milwaukee Bucks, the last NBA champions that stalk the first place in the Eastern Conference just two points behind Miami Heat.

Milwaukee dominated the duel from the first quarter thanks to a 33-20 partial that grew, step by step, in the game.

Without Khris Middleton, absent due to a wrist injury, it was Giannis Antetokounmpo – NBA MVP in 2021 – who closed with a double-double 25 points and 17 rebounds, but Jrue Holiday was the owner of the top score with 27 points and 7 assists.

Milwaukee Bucks was a steamroller against Chicago Bulls and did not let them take even a partial from their visit: the second quarter ended 26-23, the third was 32-26 and the last one 35-29.

Pat Connaughton, Serge Ibaka, Wesley Matthews, Brook Lopez and Grayson Allen all finished with at least 10 points that contributed greatly to the Bucks’ performance.
