Haaland and Real Madrid shake hands – PlayOn99 News

Haaland’s representatives and Real Madrid have reportedly agreed on a priority purchase. The Spanish team is looking to secure some big name of the future and, if it cannot buy Mbappé, the Norwegian striker would be the first choice in attack – Playon99 News

By Facundo Di Bona (@facudibona).

Amid the madness caused by Kylian Mbappé, his display against Real Madrid, and PSG’s desperate attempts to keep him, the rumor of Erling Haaland has surfaced.

As reported by Sport, Real Madrid would have reached an agreement with Alfie Haaland, father of the striker, and Rafaela Pimienta, lawyer of Mino Raiola -representative of the Norwegian- and right hand of the Italian in these moments where his health condition is delicate.

The contact took place in Monaco, in a summit that took place with the excuse of approaching positions regarding Aurelien Tchouaméni, a pivot that is on Madrid’s radar for the future but also ended in the idea of an even more important arrival.

According to the information, the deal is to get a preferential agreement with Erling Haaland’s representatives for his future signing.

Something similar to what Barcelona did with Atlético Madrid about José María Giménez when Josep Bartomeu was still president and the Uruguayan defender did not end up being bought by the club.

In any case, it is a decisive step that puts Real Madrid at an advantage over the rest of the teams bidding for Haaland, including Barcelona.

The final decision lies with the Norwegian who, if he decides to leave Borussia Dortmund next summer and not wait another year as they had requested, will have Real Madrid with the obligation to buy him.

With this buying priority, the Spaniards will have to negotiate with their German counterparts. If Haaland decides to leave Signal Iduna Park, Real Madrid should offer a figure amounting to €75 million.

One of the possibilities that have emerged recently is the inclusion of Luka Jovic as part of the payment. The Serbian striker proved more than once that he is ready for a jump in quality and maybe his time in Madrid has been too much.
