By Facundo Di Bona (@facudibona).
Goran Dragic is already a free agent after reaching an agreement with the San Antonio Spurs to complete his buyout.
Thus, the MVP of Eurobasket 2017 is in a showcase to which a good number of teams have already come, eager to incorporate a solvent veteran, not very expensive and that produces immediately.

In the list there are several teams candidates for the title, so Dragic will be able to choose the best economic and also sporting offer to try to win the ring that he could not with Miami Heat in 2020.
According to information coming from the U.S., among the candidates to get the services of the Slovenian to appear with great force Los Angeles Lakers, who did not move tab in the market just finished and are looking for reinforcements no matter what.
…and he's done it on the national team with Luka already. Goran is the perfect vet for this roster imo. pic.twitter.com/2RpeqeQkhJ

There are also Golden State Warriors and Chicago Bulls, both with very strong squads that are playing very well and could be reinforced with a player who ensures experience and talent despite his 35 years.
The list is completed by the Los Angeles Clippers, Brooklyn Nets, and Milwaukee Bucks, last NBA champions who, after the signing of Serge Ibaka, are still thinking about the proximity of the Playoffs and their attempt to defend the throne.
The Lakers are planning to join several rivals — including the Los Angeles Clippers, Milwaukee Bucks, Chicago Bulls, Brooklyn Nets and Golden State Warriors – in aggressive pursuit of Dragic. More coming up now on NBA Countdown on ABC ahead of the Lakers-Warriors game.

However, the Dallas Mavericks of Luka Doncic, with whom Dragic was linked in the hours before the close of the market, are not there.
There was talk then of a maneuver to try to content the Mavs’ leader with the arrival of his compatriot and friend, an operation that was already talked about almost a year ago, but, with Dragic free and negotiating his future, for the moment Dallas is out of the equation.
Mavs can’t honestly think they’re set with this current bench unit. If I was Cuban & Nico, I’d be asking Luka to beg Dragic to come take one of Burke, Brown or Ntilikina’s places on the roster. He & Dinwiddie can command the bench unit together.

After seven and a half years with the Heat, Dragic was included in the trade that brought Kyle Lowry from Toronto to Miami and the Slovenian did not go down well with the Raptors, was almost left out of the starting five and played just five games.
With the Spurs in the middle of a rebuild, the buyout was a foregone conclusion and now a new NBA stage is opened for the Slovenian player in which the first thing will be to choose a destination.
