The Los Angeles Lakers won their last game against Utah Jazz, but they are not having a good season: 7 losses in the last 10 games, in the 9th place of the Western Conference with the possibility of being out of the Playoffs, and they, added terrible news.
Anthony Davis, suffering from several physical problems since he joined the team, will have to be out of the courts for at least a month.

The power forward was injured in the game against the Jazz and, although they thought it would not be so serious, they will have to intensify his recovery.
The first scan left the approximate time out at two weeks, but the franchise relied on X-rays to raise that to four weeks because it is a sprained right foot.
Anthony Davis went down when he struck a fortuitous blow with Rudy Gobert as he attempted to hold on to a high pass thrown to him by Malik Monk.

Luckily for the Lakers, a fracture has been ruled out, which is a relief, but this second mishap coupled with the one at the end of last season has fans rethinking the viability of the draft.
Davis’ teammates recounted after the game that the player had to leave Crypto Arena on crutches and, with his health condition a concern, doctors will determine if he won’t have to extend his month-long recovery.
Davis could return as early as mid-March, but the season is looming: the regular season ends April 10 and Davis already missed 17 games between December and January because of another knee sprain.

The Lakers are going to move in that margin, although they do not rule out that they must look for a replacement in the market for the center position, even if they have Dwight Howard and DeAndre Jordan on the roster.
Tristan Thompson, a candidate a few weeks ago, has already left for the Chicago Bulls, and the management’s lousy decision in not adding absolutely no one has been exposed.
The Los Angeles Lakers have an uphill climb in the standings and, at this point, would have to play a play-in – and, in their case, two games – to reach the title series.
